Adopted Breton in 2013, two years after my arrival I joined the Breton School of Herbalism where I obtained my certificate.
At the same time, I am training with Christophe Bernard, a renowned herbalist trainer who works in particular at the Lyon School of Plants, via his online site.
I then undertook training in aromatherapy at the Lyon School of Medicinal Plants.
And as an autodidact, I set out to discover Bach flowers.
In 2019, I wrote a short guide to "Herbal Teas" for Editions Gisserot, while running my physical herbalist shop and my online store in northern Finistère. Then the post-COVID period prompted me to homeschool my youngest daughter.
