As mentioned in a previous post, to help your body heal faster, always consider Echinacea, which will boost your immune system, especially if your throat and/or cough problems have been persisting for a while.
And we will add plants which will act in parallel directly on the symptoms.
Your throat starts to sting:
Consider bramble, in herbal tea 3 to 4 cups per day.
Or in hydro-alcoholic form approximately 20 drops morning and evening.
And add warm lemon juice 2 to 3 times a day for even more effectiveness! ;-)
You have a dry cough:
Opt for White Broth and Thyme, a good pinch of each for a cup, 3 to 4 times a day.
In hydroalcoholic form, approximately 10 drops each morning and evening.
You have a chesty cough like bronchitis:
We'll think Eucalyptus, Scots Pine and Licorice too.
Add to the above thyme and white broth, a pinch of eucalyptus, a pinch of Scots pine and a small pinch of licorice. Drink 3 to 4 cups per day.
Or in hydro-alcoholic: approximately 4 drops of each plant for a total of approximately 20 drops, morning and evening.
